Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
However, as most of our items are made to order by hand, returns are subject to specific conditions. You must first contact us to confirm eligibility before initiating any return:

Name and delivery address of the recipient

Items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
2. Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Each LeBag cover is individually crafted to order by our artisans. We reserve the right to assess return requests individually in order to preserve the integrity of our production process.
Personalized or custom-modified items (including those with special finishes or alterations beyond the standard offering) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of proven defect or non-conformity.
3. Legal Warranties
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions, excluding painted or personalized items, which require special care.

In case of a confirmed defect or non-conformity, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Reimbursement Conditions
If your return is approved:

We will refund the product price only.

Delivery costs, import duties, and surcharges are non-refundable.

The return label is issued by LeBag.

Refunds are made using the original payment method, within 14 days of confirmation and/or receipt of the returned product.
The product must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal request, with all accessories, tags, and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
