Welcome to www.lebagparis.com (the “Site”). By making a purchase through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, which govern the sale of products (“Products”) on the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including cases where the Products are no longer available, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there are errors in pricing or descriptions.
  • Any new features, tools, or products added to the Site will also be subject to these Terms of Sale.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you purchase a product using the “Buy It Now” option, your item will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. When you purchase using the “Place an Order” option, you are entering a made-to-order agreement, which means the product will be handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please note that made-to-order items require up to one month to produce, depending on the complexity of the design, before they are shipped.

  • All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may require additional information or verification before accepting your order.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email is a record of your order and does not signify our acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, inaccuracies, or errors in Product descriptions or pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or to cancel your order.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and CB. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping to select locations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

However, as most of our items are made to order, we kindly ask that you contact us before initiating any return, so we can assess eligibility and provide the appropriate process.

Please note that personalized or custom-altered items are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed defect or non-conformity.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
Shipping fees, import duties, and surcharges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to describe our Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
  • The colors of Products may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeBag Paris and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Site or the purchase of Products.
  • Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product that is the subject of the claim.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Sale

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on the Site, and your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
